Applied in practice
- One source of truth — post bodies live in Git; publishing state is derived from Git events (branches, PRs, tags). The same value is never written in two places.
- Decide retention first — chat quality records 90 days, Ask AI questions not stored, contact messages deletable on request.
- Keep only one-way values — operational statistics use hashes instead of raw text.
- Restorable backups — database dumps are kept with a file manifest and verified by hash.
